Safe on-site explosives storage for law-enforcement in Chicago.
The Tread Indoor Type II ATF Approved Magazine
Recently, the Bellwood Police Department in Illinois reached out to us in need of an indoor, up-to date, explosives storage magazine for their small explosives.
They have an awesome program providing training, equipment, and networking to underfunded law-enforcement groups. So we were happy to help by donating one of our ATF approved Type II indoor magazines.
Constructed to the same rigid standards and quality guidelines as all Tread magazines, the Type II Indoor meets or exceeds the published ATF structured specifications. Being available in a variety of sizes, and optional Bullet Resistant model for explosives storage in buildings that aren’t.
The Type II Indoor magazine’s versatility extends beyond its fire, weather, theft resistant security features. Designed to fit within a range of indoor environments, these magazines are available in several sizes to accommodate varying storage needs. This adaptability ensures that organizations, regardless of their size or the scale of their operations, can find a solution that fits their specific requirements.
Our collaboration with the Bellwood Police Department is a testament to our dedication to supporting community safety initiatives. By donating a Type II Indoor magazine, we are not only providing a secure explosives storage solution but also contributing to the vital training and preparedness efforts that help keep communities safe. At Tread, we believe in the power of partnerships and are proud to offer products that make a tangible difference in the field of public safety and beyond.
